Have someone look at it properly.

A technical audit is a written review of something you already own: a codebase, a website, the data pipelines between systems, or a HubSpot portal. Three of the four tracks are free. The HubSpot one is $100, because a certified implementer reads the output rather than a script. Three to five business days, read only access, and a document at the end.

Pick a track

Four things we will look at.

Different work, different evidence. Offering you a CRM audit when the problem is a codebase would waste a week of both our time.

  • Codebase and architecture review

You inherited an application and nobody can tell you what it would cost to keep.

    • Architecture and where the seams actually are
    • Dependency health, abandoned packages and upgrade debt
    • Test coverage on the paths that would hurt to break
    • Obvious security exposure: secrets, auth, injection surfaces
    • An honest refactor versus rewrite cost comparison

    Turnaround
    5 business days
    What we need
    Read access to the repository
  • Website performance and SEO audit

Traffic is flat or falling and nobody can point at the reason.

    • Core Web Vitals from real users, not a lab score
    • Crawl: orphan pages, redirect chains, duplicate URLs
    • Structured data and what it makes you eligible for
    • What is on the critical render path and why
    • The pages worth fixing first, ranked by traffic at risk
    Price
    Free
    Turnaround
    3 business days
    What we need
Just the URL, plus Search Console if you can share it
  • HubSpot portal audit

You are on HubSpot and the reporting does not match reality.

    • Data quality: duplicate density and property fill rates
    • Pipeline design and whether stages match how you sell
    • Lifecycle, routing and how long a lead sits untouched
    • Automation that overlaps, contradicts or silently errors
    • Reporting nobody trusts, and the integrations behind it
    Price
    $100
    Turnaround
    5 business days
    What we need
A read only user on your portal

A certified HubSpot implementer reviews the findings, and we pay them for that time.

  • Data and integration audit

Two systems disagree and you need to know which one is lying.

    • Sync health and anything that has failed without alerting
    • Duplicate density and what is creating the duplicates
    • Field mapping gaps and where data quietly gets lost
    • Reconciliation between systems on the objects that matter
    • What would need to change to make the numbers agree

    Free
    Turnaround
    5 business days
    What we need
    Read access to both systems

FAQ

Audit questions

Which audits are free and which are paid?

The codebase, website and data tracks are free. The HubSpot portal audit is $100. The difference is who reads the output: the first three are reviewed by the same engineers who would do the work, while the HubSpot findings are checked line by line against your portal by a certified implementer we pay for their time.

Why does the HubSpot audit cost $100?

Because the automated pass is the easy half. A certified HubSpot implementer then goes through every finding against your actual portal, which is billable time. The $100 covers it and keeps the queue short enough that the five day turnaround is real rather than aspirational. It is credited against any project you go ahead with.

What access do you need?

The minimum for the track you pick: a read only CRM user, read access to a repository, or just a URL for a website audit. We do not need write permissions, we change nothing, and we do not export your customer data. Revoke access the moment the audit lands.

What do I actually get?

A document, typically eight to twelve pages: what we found in each area, what it is costing you, and a prioritised fix list split into what your team can do themselves and what needs outside help. Most of it is usually the former.

Can I request more than one track?

Yes, and for some problems it is the right call. A CRM whose reporting is wrong often has a data pipeline problem rather than a configuration problem, so the HubSpot and integration tracks together give a far more useful answer than either alone.

What is the catch?

That some readers hire us afterwards. Roughly a third do. The rest take the document and fix things in house, which is a fine outcome. The audit is how we demonstrate judgement instead of describing it, and $100 is the cheapest way to find out whether we are any good.
