Landing pages that ship this week and convert next week

Landing page design for B2B is the build of a single-purpose campaign page with one offer, one action and no navigation escape routes. Built on a reusable module system, a new page ships in three to five days instead of a sprint — which is what makes systematic A/B testing affordable rather than theoretical.

Who this is for

You probably need this if…

If none of these sound familiar, you may not need us yet — and we would rather say so now.

  • Paid traffic lands on the homepage and bounces.

  • Every campaign page is a one-off, so nothing compounds.

  • A new page takes three weeks, which kills the campaign calendar.

  • You have never run a test with enough traffic to reach significance.

  • Form fills arrive with no campaign attribution attached.

Scope

What's included in landing page design

Every item below is a deliverable with an owner and a date, not a capability we happen to have.

  • 01

    Landing page system

A kit of hero, proof, offer, objection and form modules that compose into any campaign page without new development.

  • 02

    Conversion copywriting

Message-match to the ad or email that drove the click, a single clear action, and objection handling placed where it is actually read.

  • 03

    Form and CRM wiring

HubSpot forms with progressive profiling, hidden UTM capture, server-side validation and correct lifecycle assignment.

  • 04

    Testing setup

A/B variants, event tracking and a documented measurement plan with the sample size required before anyone calls a winner.

  • 05

    Speed budget

Under 100KB of JavaScript and a sub-1.5s LCP. Paid traffic is expensive; a slow page wastes it before the offer is read.

  • 06

    Reporting

A conversion dashboard by source, campaign and variant, built in HubSpot rather than in a spreadsheet.

Process

How a landing pages & cro project runs

6 stages over 1–3 weeks. You get a written plan before stage one, and a named owner on our side throughout.

  1. Offer and audience

    Days 1–2

We define the single action, the audience, and the objections the page has to answer.

  2. Wireframe and copy

    Days 2–4

Structure and copy first, design second. The argument has to work in plain text before it gets styled.

  3. Design and build

    Days 4–6

Assembled from the module system, so build time is hours rather than days.

  4. QA and instrumentation

    Day 7

Form testing, event tracking verification, cross-device QA and a speed check.

  5. Launch and monitor

    Day 7

Live, with conversion tracking confirmed against real submissions on day one.

  6. Test and iterate

    Ongoing

A structured testing calendar rather than opinion-driven redesigns.

Timeline and cost

Landing Page Design & Conversion Optimization starts at $3,500 and typically takes 1–3 weeks. First page includes the reusable system. Additional pages from $950.

That figure is a starting point, not an estimate we revise upward later. The first week of every engagement is a scoping week that ends with a fixed fee and a fixed date. If the scope turns out to be smaller than we assumed, the fee goes down.

We do not bill by the hour for project work. Hourly billing pays us to be slow, and it makes your budget a function of our efficiency rather than of your requirements.

FAQ

landing page design questions

Direct answers. If yours is not here, ask us and we will add it.

How long does a landing page take to build?

Three to five business days once the offer is defined, because pages are assembled from an existing module system rather than designed from scratch. The first page takes two to three weeks since it includes building that system. Every page after it is fast.

What actually improves landing page conversion rates?

In order of measured impact: message match between the ad and the headline, a single unambiguous action, form length matched to offer value, proof placed next to the claim it supports, and load speed. Most pages leak conversions on the first two, and no amount of button-colour testing recovers that.

Should landing pages live on HubSpot or the main website?

On HubSpot when the campaign needs CRM attribution, smart content or fast marketer-led iteration — which covers most paid and email campaigns. On the main site when the page targets organic search and needs the domain’s existing authority. We build both and route by campaign intent.

How much traffic do I need before A/B testing is worth it?

Roughly 1,000 visitors and 100 conversions per variant to detect a realistic lift with confidence. Below that, testing produces noise that reads like insight. With lower traffic, sequential testing of large structural changes beats splitting what little traffic you have.
