Anything we write about HubSpot reflects the platform as it behaved when the page was written; HubSpot changes its product and its pricing without consulting us. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial or tax advice.
Client engagements
Work is performed under a signed statement of work that defines scope, fee, timeline and acceptance criteria. In summary, and subject always to that agreement:
- Ownership. On final payment, you own the deliverables — source code, configuration and documentation — outright. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and libraries we bring to the work, licensed to you perpetually and without fee for use in the delivered system.
- Infrastructure. Hosting, cloud accounts and third-party services run under your billing wherever possible, so you are never locked in by an invoice you cannot transfer.
- Payment. Fifty percent on signature and fifty percent on go-live, net 15, unless the statement of work sets milestone payments instead.
- Changes. Scope changes are agreed in writing with their fee and schedule impact before work on them begins.
Confidentiality
We treat everything we see inside your systems as confidential. We do not publish client names, logos, metrics or case studies without written permission, and access we are granted for an audit or engagement is used only for that purpose and revoked on completion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubReven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under a client engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
