What we collect
This website collects personal information in exactly two places: the contact form and the newsletter form. There is no third-party analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no session-replay tool on this site.
When you submit the contact form we store:
- Your name, work email address, company name and, if you provide them, phone number and website.
- What you told us about the project: service, budget band, timeline and your message.
- Attribution data: UTM parameters present in the URL, the referring page, and the page you submitted from.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser user agent, retained for spam analysis and rate limiting.
When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, and your IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you ask us to do, and to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the United States. Access is limited to people at HubReven LLC who need it to respond to enquiries. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers acts as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: three years from the last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days.
- IP addresses and user agents: 90 days, then removed from the record.
- Rate-limiting counters: two hours.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes — for example if we add the HubSpot tracking code to measure campaigns — this policy will be updated before the change goes live and a consent mechanism will be added at the same time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Residents of California have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what has been collected and the right to deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA.
To exercise any of these, email hello@hubreven.com. We will respond within 30 days and we will not ask you for more information than we need to verify the request.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects information we already hold, notify affected people by email.
