$100 · Credited against your project · No call required
A written audit of your HubSpot portal.
A HubSpot portal audit is a written review of an existing HubSpot instance across six areas: data quality, pipeline design, lifecycle and routing, automation, reporting and integrations. Ours costs $100, takes five business days, needs read only access, and arrives as an eight to twelve page document with no call attached. The $100 is credited against any project you go ahead with.
What we look at
Six areas, in this order.
The order matters. Reporting problems are almost always data problems, and data problems are almost always design problems, so we work from the foundation up.
- 01
Data quality
Duplicate density across contacts and companies, property fill rates, orphaned records, and the fields your reporting depends on that are empty more often than not.
- 02
Pipeline design
Whether deal stages have exit criteria, whether stage durations suggest they match how you actually sell, and where deals go to die.
- 03
Lifecycle and routing
Lifecycle stage definitions, the automation that moves records between them, lead assignment, and how long a new lead sits before anyone touches it.
- 04
Automation
Active workflows, ones that overlap or contradict each other, enrolment triggers that will fire twice, and anything that has silently errored.
- 05
Reporting
Which dashboards exist, which are actually opened, and which numbers cannot be trusted because the underlying property is not reliably populated.
- 06
Integrations
What is connected, in which direction, what it writes, and which connections have failed without anyone being told.
What you get
A document, not a deck.
Eight to twelve pages. Findings, what each one costs you, and a prioritised fix list separated into what your team can handle and what genuinely needs outside help. Usually most of it is the former.
- Findings per area, with the evidence
- A prioritised fix list, ranked by cost of inaction
- What your team can fix without us
- What needs outside help, and roughly what that costs
- A one-page summary for whoever holds the budget

FAQ
Audit questions
How much does the HubSpot audit cost, and why is it not free?
It is $100, credited in full against any project you go ahead with. The scan is automated but a HubSpot implementer then reads every finding against your actual portal, and that is billable time we pay for. A free audit would either be a script with no judgement in it or a sales call wearing a costume.
What access do you need?
A read-only user on your HubSpot portal. We do not need admin rights, we do not modify anything, and we do not export your contact data. Access can be revoked the moment the audit is delivered, and we will remind you to do it.
How long does the audit take?
Five business days from the point access is granted. The review itself is four to six hours of work across six areas: data quality, pipeline design, lifecycle and routing, automation, reporting, and integrations.
What do I get?
A document, typically eight to twelve pages: what we found in each area, what it is costing you, and a prioritised list of fixes split into what your team can do themselves and what needs outside help. Most of it will be the former.
What is the catch?
None. A third of readers hire us afterwards; the rest take the document and fix things in house, which is a fine outcome. At $100, credited back if you proceed, it is the cheapest way to find out whether our judgement is worth paying for.
Not a HubSpot problem?
We run the same free written review on codebases, website performance and the data pipelines between systems. A CRM whose reporting is wrong often turns out to have a pipeline problem rather than a configuration one.
