Pricing
The numbers, before the call.
HubReven publishes starting prices: HubSpot implementation from $6,500, custom integrations from $7,500, CRM migration from $4,500, landing pages from $3,500, and website builds from $12,000. Each becomes a fixed fee after a one-week scoping phase, and that fee does not change unless the scope does.

How it works
Scoping week, then a fixed fee.
Every engagement opens with a paid scoping week. We map the process, profile the data, audit the systems and write down exactly what is being built. It costs $1,500 and is credited in full against the project fee if you proceed.
At the end of it you get a fixed fee, a fixed date, a deliverable list and a named owner on our side. If you decide not to proceed, the scoping document is yours to take to another agency — that has happened, and we would rather it happened at the end of week one than the end of month three.
We run a small number of projects at a time. That is the constraint that makes the dates real, and it is also why we sometimes say no.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Why publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because hiding them wastes everyone’s time. An agency that will not name a starting figure is asking you to sit through a discovery call to find out whether you are in the right room. Published starting prices let you disqualify us in thirty seconds, which is a service to both of us.
Is the starting price what I will actually pay?
It is the floor, not the estimate. Every engagement begins with a paid scoping week that ends in a fixed fee and a fixed date. That fee is frequently higher than the starting price and occasionally lower. Once signed it does not move unless you change the scope in writing.
Do you bill hourly?
Not for project work. Hourly billing pays us to be slow and makes your budget a function of our efficiency rather than your requirements. Ongoing support and maintenance run as monthly retainers with a defined scope; ad-hoc work outside a retainer is billed at $185 per hour.
What are the payment terms?
Fifty percent on signature, fifty percent on go-live, net 15 in both cases. Projects over $40,000 are split across three or four milestone payments tied to deliverables rather than to dates, so a payment is only due once something has actually shipped.
What is not included?
HubSpot licence fees, third-party software, stock photography and paid media budgets are yours and are never marked up. Hosting for anything we build for you sits in your accounts, under your billing, so you are never locked in by an invoice you cannot move.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes, once something is live. HubSpot administration from $2,400 a month, integration maintenance from $900, and WordPress care plans including hosting from $650. Each has a written scope and an hour allocation rather than a vague promise of availability.
